Schultz Process Services, Inc. (SPS) was founded in 2009 in an effort to return customer service excellence to process equipment manufacturing. Our company philosophy has always been focused on providing exceptional service to valued customers. We continue to put customers first in providing high quality products and services on time, beginning at the quotation stage, and continuing through the order process until the equipment is delivered and installed.
Combining over 150 years of experience in process and pressure equipment, we strive for the same goal each day:
Service.
Mission: Provide unsurpassed service, quality, and reliable process equipment around the world that keeps the energy industry moving.
Vision: To be preferred for our experience and selected for our service.
“Service may be our last name, but it’s our first priority.”
– Don Schultz, Founder

Most of our products are utilized in applications where the primary phase is natural gas or steam with purpose of separating contaminants or adjusting the process temperature. These contaminants are generally in the form of solids (i.e. rust, mill scale, sand, debris, asphaltenes, black powder, etc.), liquids (i.e. water, hydrocarbons, lube oil, etc.), or other phases (i.e. waxes, paraffins, emulsion, etc.).
Where separation is required, our equipment is protecting expensive and sensitive downstream equipment, including but not limited to: compressors, meters, desiccant and absorptive beds, membranes, dehy equipment, etc.
Our products are engineered and meet industry and OEM performance requirements to maintain uninterrupted operations. For specifics regarding our products, please reference Products.

Over the years, SPS equipment has been installed in applications pushing industry boundaries with surpassing results. We take pride in meeting challenging applications head on and solving them for our clients.
Some of these applications include:
· Validating World’s Largest Slug Catcher Performance
· High Pressure (6,000 PSI) Hydrogen Separation
· Supercritical CO2 Separation
· High Pressure (10,000 PSI) Test Stand
· Blowdown Separation
We continue to research & develop existing and new technologies that provide added value for our clients. Some of our technologies are 50+ years old; with our experience, we are able to combine older technologies with newer designs to achieve separation in new-age demanding applications. Industries continue to develop and explore alternative energy sources; as a result, these applications are becoming rigorous requiring advanced technologies and approaches that are new to the industry.
