This phase begins before any order is placed and starts during our quotation process with our application engineers. We strive to understand the application in its entirety to provide the most value; by offering outside of the box approaches that only our experience can provide. Some of our specialty product features include: internal coating, specialty process and high-pressure applications, adjustable designs to facilitate future uncertainties or capacities, materials of construction, increasing component durability and lifespan, ease of operation, etc. This information allows us to design the most economical and practical equipment for the applications. The more we know about your application, the more value we add to the solution. We utilize specialized ERP software and reporting to streamline our operations for custom engineered equipment, including but not limited to: quotation, order fulfillment, project management, change order, bill of materials, purchasing, material demand, receiving, job tracking and routing.
A dimensional datasheet (DDS) is generated by our Application Engineers and provided to our client for review of overall equipment design.
From our DDS and internal engineering standards, we integrate customer specifications to generate detail fabrication drawings, calculations, and procedures for the equipment to be built and tested.
Throughout fabrication our quality control checks: dimensional, welding, painting, and testing requirements to ensure the equipment meets and exceeds our expectations so that it will do the same when it arrives on site for our customers.
